RESERVATION / CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be made in writing and received prior to the departure date and will be effective on the date we receive them. The cancellation charges are payable as follows:

Refund Policy Based on Cancellation Timing:

  • 28 Days Before the Event: Eligible for a full refund (100%).
  • 21 Days Before the Event: Eligible for a 75% refund.
  • 14 Days Before the Event: Eligible for a 50% refund.
  • 7 Days Before the Event: Eligible for a 25% refund.
  • Within 7 Days of the Event: No refunds will be issued.

If you decide to cancel your cruiser booking, kindly ensure that the cancellation is made at least 45 days prior to the scheduled booking date. Failure to comply with this notice period will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

For your safety, the Captain may have to cancel the cruise due to safety or weather conditions. In the event that the weather changes drastically during a booking and the Captain decides to go back to the dock, Book Luxury Boat will honor the remaining time on another date applying the credit towards your next booking. If the return is within less than 1 hour to the end of your booking the charter is terminated.

In case of unfavorable weather conditions, the trip may need to be canceled for that day. However, you can freely reschedule without incurring any charges but please note that there will be no monetary refund. If you wish to reschedule due to personal reasons, there would be a $200 fee for rescheduling.
