RESERVATION / CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be made in writing and received before the departure date and will be effective on the date we receive them. The cancellation charges are payable as follows:

Refund Policy Based on Cancellation Timing:

28 Days Before the Event: Eligible for a full refund (100%).
21 Days Before the Event: Eligible for a 75% refund.
14 Days Before the Event: Eligible for a 50% refund.
7 Days Before the Event: Eligible for a 25% refund.
Within 7 Days of the Event: No refunds will be issued.

If you decide to cancel your cruiser booking, kindly ensure that the cancellation is made at least 45 days before the scheduled booking date. Failure to comply with this notice period will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Please note that the service fee is non-refundable if you cancel within 45 days of your booking date.
This fee covers administrative, reservation, and processing costs associated with your booking and ensures smooth operations for both customers and crew.

For your safety, the Captain may have to cancel the cruise due to safety or weather conditions. If the weather changes drastically during a booking and the Captain decides to go back to the dock, Book Luxury Boat will honor the remaining time on another date, applying the credit towards your next booking. If the return is within less than 1 hour of the end of your booking, the charter is terminated.

In case of unfavorable weather conditions, the trip may need to be canceled for that day. However, you can freely reschedule without incurring any charges, but please note that there will be no monetary refund. If you wish to reschedule due to personal reasons, there would be a $200 fee for rescheduling.

1. General Terms

Coupons are valid only for online bookings made through https://bookluxuryboat.com.
Only one coupon can be applied per booking.
Coupons are applicable on the base charter price and exclude any add-ons or additional services (e.g., catering, DJ, decorations, etc.).
Coupons are not redeemable for cash, cannot be exchanged, and hold no cash value.
Coupon validity periods and discount values will be mentioned on the specific offer.

2. Exclusion on Discounted Yachts

Coupons cannot be applied to yachts that are already on sale or part of a promotional discount.
If a yacht is listed with a “Sale” or “Discounted” tag, the system will automatically disable the coupon field for that listing during checkout.
This ensures transparent pricing and avoids stacking multiple discounts.

3. Misuse of Coupons

Any attempt to manipulate or misuse coupon codes (including using expired or unauthorized codes) may result in cancellation of the booking without notice.
BookLuxuryBoat.com reserves the right to deny or revoke coupon use at its discretion in case of suspicious activity.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

If a booking made with a coupon is canceled, the refund will be processed according to our cancellation policy, but the coupon discount will not be refunded or reissued.
Coupons are for one-time use only unless otherwise stated.

This policy is subject to change without prior notice. We recommend reviewing the policy each time you book using a coupon.
