Before booking, please provide a valid government ID, such as your driver’s license or passport, and a clear photo of the front of the payment card. (You can hide the CVV, that’s okay. We just need to match the card number you used for payment.) The driver’s license must be valid and the photo should show all four corners. You must be the person whose ID and card are provided, and you agree to pay the rental cost in the invoice.
The payment card must match the ID, and you must be present at the trip for ID verification.

Rules to know before starting your trip
We are thrilled to have you and your friends joining us on today’s cruise. To ensure everyone’s safety and a pleasant experience, we kindly request that you share the following rules with your group:
- Shoe Policy: Upon boarding the yacht, we kindly ask that all guests remove their shoes. If anyone is wearing high heels, we recommend taking them off on land before boarding for safety reasons.
- Children and Life Jackets: If there are children joining your group, please inform us in advance as they must wear age-appropriate life jackets while on board. For the safety of all passengers, children without the appropriate life jackets will not be permitted.
- No Pets Allowed: We regret to inform you that pets are not permitted on board the yacht.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is allowed at the stern of the yacht (the back rear cockpit). We kindly request that smokers use a cup with a small amount of water in it for ash disposal. This helps maintain cleanliness and safety on board.
- Toilet Etiquette: Please be aware that ABSOLUTELY NO TOILET PAPER, WIPES, OR FEMININE PRODUCTS should be disposed of in the toilet. We kindly ask that you dispose of these items in the garbage bin provided in each bathroom.
- Alcohol Consumption: Alcoholic beverages must be served in plastic cups. Please note that there should be no visible alcohol while the yacht is in motion on the lake. This means no cans or bottles. It is against the law to consume alcohol while navigating. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this regulation.
- Bedroom Access: The bedrooms on the yacht are accessible solely for bathroom use. We kindly ask that guests refrain from using the beds for sitting or laying down.
- Safety Precautions: To prioritize everyone’s safety, we ask that guests refrain from standing in areas without railing while the yacht is navigating. Additionally, standing or dancing on any of the couches is not permitted for safety reasons. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.
- Intoxication and Accidents: For the safety of all passengers, any extremely intoxicated individuals will no longer be served alcohol. In the event of any accidents or incidents, we may be required to return to the marina.
- Swimming Policy: Swimming is not permitted in bad weather conditions. We prioritize your safety and want to ensure a secure environment for all passengers.
